I am a corporate associate at Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP currently honing my skills and expertise in the Mergers & Acquisitions group within the firm’s corporate department. In this setting my practice primarily focuses on representing public and private companies in connection with mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. I also have prior experience representing companies and major investment banks in connection with public and private offerings of securities as well as advising public and private companies on the executive compensation & benefits aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, securities offerings and corporate governance.
